Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 2 of subsection 5.2.1 (2) of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Pension Plan for Hourly Employees registered under the Act as number 1079904.

2.1 The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Pension Plan for Salaried Employees registered under the Act as number 1079896.

2.2 The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Wrap Pension Plan registered under the Act as number 1079888.

2. Paragraph 2 of subsection 5.6 (4) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

2. Option 2 is not available for the following pension plans:

i. The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Pension Plan for Hourly Employees registered under the Act as number 1079904.

ii. The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Pension Plan for Salaried Employees registered under the Act as number 1079896.

iii. The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Wrap Pension Plan registered under the Act as number 1079888.

3. Paragraph 1 of subsection 5.6.1 (4) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

1. Option 4 is not available for the following pension plans:

i. The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Pension Plan for Hourly Employees registered under the Act as number 1079904.

ii. The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Pension Plan for Salaried Employees registered under the Act as number 1079896.

iii. The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Wrap Pension Plan registered under the Act as number 1079888.

4. Paragraph 10 of subsection 5.6.2 (8) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

10. The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Pension Plan for Hourly Employees registered under the Act as number 1079904.

10.1 The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Pension Plan for Salaried Employees registered under the Act as number 1079896.

10.2 The Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Wrap Pension Plan registered under the Act as number 1079888.

5. Paragraph 6 of subsection 5.6.3 (7) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement

6. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
