Amending O. Reg. 124/99

(TRANSFER TAX ON MUNICIPAL ELECTRICITY PROPERTY)

1. Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 124/99 is amended by striking out “2019” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “2023”.

2. Subsection 3 (22) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2019” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “2023”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
