Amending O. Reg. 336/07

(DESIGNATED PUBLIC BODIES)

1. (1) Paragraph 40 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 336/07 is revoked.

(2) Paragraph 49 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

49. Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario.

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 17 to the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 17 to the Plan for Care and Opportunity Act (Budget Measures), 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
