Amending O. Reg. 279/03

(DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION)

1. The definition of “applicant” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 279/03 is amended by,

(a) adding “or the Director” after “Superintendent” in the portion before clause (a); and

(b) striking out “Superintendent” in clauses (a) and (d) and substituting in each case “Director”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 5 of Schedule 26 to the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
