Amending O. Reg. 268/01

(ONTARIO STUDENT LOANS MADE AUGUST 1, 2001 TO JULY 31, 2017)

1. Subsection 30 (1) of Ontario Regulation 268/01 is amended by striking out “pay interest” and substituting “make payments toward the interest accruing”.

2. Subsection 30.1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “pay interest” and substituting “make payments toward the interest accruing”.

3. Subsection 30.3 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “pay interest” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “make payments toward the interest accruing”.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
