Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraphs 4 and 6 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

Renfrew — Town of Laurentian Hills
District of Nipissing — Twp. of Papineau-Cameron

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 lying between a point situate 615 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Renfrew County Road No. 635/Swisha Road in the Town of Laurentian Hills in the County of Renfrew and a point situate 850 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Dorion Road in the Township of Papineau-Cameron in the Territorial District of Nipissing.

District of Nipissing — Twp. of Papineau-Cameron — Twp. of Bonfield

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 795 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Chenier Road in the Township of Papineau-Cameron and a point situate 475 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Talon Lake Road in the Township of Bonfield.

(2) Paragraphs 7 and 27 of Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Nipissing — Twp. of Papineau-Cameron

7. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Township of Papineau-Cameron in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as West Street and a point situate 795 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Chenier Road.

District of Nipissing — Twp. of Papineau-Cameron — Town of Mattawa

27. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 850 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Dorion Road in the Township of Papineau-Cameron and a point situate 328 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of that roadway in the Town of Mattawa.

(3) Paragraph 6 of Part 5 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Part 6 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Nipissing — Town of Mattawa — Twp. of Papineau-Cameron

8. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 328 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Dorion Road in the Town of Mattawa and a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of the  roadway known as West Street in the Township of Papineau-Cameron.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
