Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990
(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)
1. Column 2 of item 6 of Schedule 52.2 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “motor fails to disengage as required” and substituting “motor fails to cease forward propulsion as required”.
2. (1) Schedule 78 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

(2) Column 3 of item 30 of Schedule 78 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 102 (5)” and substituting “clause 102 (6) (a)”.
(3) Items 31 to 37 of Schedule 78 to the Regulation are amended by striking out “subsection 102 (5)” in Column 3 of each item and substituting in each case “clause 102 (6) (b)”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
