Amending O. Reg. 410/12
(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES)
1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 410/12 is amended by striking out “Superintendent” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Chief Executive Officer”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 4 to the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
