Amending O. Reg. 409/12
(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES)
1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 409/12 is amended by striking out “Superintendent” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Chief Executive Officer”.
2. Subsection 7 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Superintendent’s” and substituting “Chief Executive Officer’s”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 3 of Schedule 4 to the Plan for Care and Opportunity Act (Budget Measures), 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
