Amending Reg. 991 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Section 10 of Regulation 991 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Superintendent” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Chief Executive Officer”. 

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 3 of Schedule 29 to the Plan for Care and Opportunity Act (Budget Measures), 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
