Amending O. Reg. 317/10

(REBATES FOR FIRST NATIONS IN ONTARIO)

1. Paragraph 7 of section 6 of Ontario Regulation 317/10 is amended by striking out “applicable federal law” at the end and substituting “Part 14 of the Cannabis Regulations (Canada) or a court order”.

2. Paragraph 1 of subsection 10 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

1. The supplier has a permanent establishment in Ontario. However, this circumstance does not apply in respect of a supply of a cannabis product that is obtained for medical purposes in accordance with Part 14 of the Cannabis Regulations (Canada) or a court order.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of October 17, 2018 and the day it is filed.
