Amending O. Reg. 175/11

(PRESCRIBED TRADES AND RELATED MATTERS)

1. Subsection 3 (1) of Ontario Regulation 175/11 is amended by striking out the following:

Composite Structures Technician.

Electrical Control (Machine) Builder.

Fitter — Assembler (Motor Assembly).

Precision Metal Fabricator.

Pump Systems Installer.

Roll Grinder/Turner.

Ski Lift Mechanic.

2. (1) Subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out the following:

Tire, Wheel and Rim Mechanic.

(2) Subsection 4 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out the following:

Tire, Wheel and Rim Mechanic.

3. Subsection 5 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out the following:

Hardware, Lumber and Building Materials Retailer.

Pool, Hot Tub and Spa — Installer.

Pool, Hot Tub and Spa — Service Technician.

Wooden Boat Rebuilder.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
