Amending O. Reg. 424/97

(COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATORS’ INFORMATION)

1. Clause (a) of the definition of “pick-up truck” in subsection 1.2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 424/97 is amended by striking out “6,000” and substituting “6,500”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
