Amending Reg. 596 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 10 (1) of Regulation 596 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(1) No person shall operate upon a highway a motorcycle or motor assisted bicycle equipped with handlebars the uppermost portion of which is higher than the unclad shoulder of the operator while the seat is fully depressed by the operator’s weight.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
