Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. Items 7 and 8 of Schedule 50 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

 

7.	Motorcycle handlebars too high	subsection 10 (1)
8.	Motor assisted bicycle handlebars too high	subsection 10 (1)

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
