Amending O. Reg. 329/04

(GENERAL)

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 329/04 is amended by adding the following subsections:

(9) The Minister of Long-Term Care, together with the Ministry of Long-Term Care if the context so requires, is prescribed as a health information custodian.

(10) The Minister of Long-Term Care, the Ministry of Long-Term Care, the Minister of Health and the Ministry of Health shall be deemed to be a single health information custodian with respect to all of the functions of those Ministers and those Ministries.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
