Amending O. Reg. 429/04

(ADJUSTMENTS UNDER SECTION 25.33 OF THE ACT)

1. The definitions of “financing entity” and “specified consumer” in subsection 5 (1) of Ontario Regulation 429/04 are revoked.

2. Sections 10.1 to 10.6 of the Regulation are revoked.

3. (1) Subsection 16 (7) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Invoices to Low-Volume Consumers” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “Invoices to Certain Classes of Consumers”.

(2) Paragraph 4 of subsection 16 (7) of the Regulation is amended by adding “Subject to subsections 10 (3) to (7) of Ontario Regulation 275/04” at the beginning.

(3) Subsection 16 (7.1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Invoices to Low-Volume Consumers” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “Invoices to Certain Classes of Consumers”.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of November 1, 2019 and the day this Regulation is filed.
