Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following clause:

(0.a) Part 0.1 of Schedules 125, 130 and 194 is prescribed as 110 kilometres per hour;

2. (1) Schedule 125 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following Part:

Part 0.1

Lambton — City of Sarnia
City of London

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 402 lying between a point situate 2500 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Airport Road in the City of Sarnia in the County of Lambton and a point situate 200 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as White Oak Road in the City of London.

(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 125 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Lambton — City of Sarnia

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 402 in the City of Sarnia in the County of Lambton lying between a point situate 300 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Colborne Road and a point situate 2500 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Airport Road.

City of London

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 402 in the City of London lying between a point situate 200 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as White Oak Road and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 401.

3. (1) Schedule 130 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following Part:

Prescott and Russell — Twp. of East Hawkesbury
City of Ottawa

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 lying between a point situate 1000 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the Ontario-Quebec boundary in the Township of East Hawkesbury in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell and a point situate 1000 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the overpass known as Ottawa Road 27 (Anderson Road) in the City of Ottawa.

(2) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 130 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

Prescott and Russell — Twp. of East Hawkesbury

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 in the Township of East Hawkesbury in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the Ontario-Quebec boundary and extending westerly for a distance of 1000 metres.

City of Ottawa
Renfrew — Twp. of McNab/Breaside

2. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 lying between a point situate 1000 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the overpass known as Ottawa Road 27 (Anderson Road) in the City of Ottawa and a point situate 500 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Scheel Drive in the Township of McNab/Braeside in the County of Renfrew.

3. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 lying between a point situate 1000 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the overpass known as Ottawa Road 27 (Anderson Road) in the City of Ottawa and a point situate 3237 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Campbell Drive in the Township of McNab/Braeside in the County of Renfrew.

4. (1) Schedule 194 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following Part:

Part 0.1

City of Hamilton
Regional Municipality of Niagara — Town of Lincoln

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way lying between a point situate 300 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Millen Road in the City of Hamilton and a point situate 1910 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Jordan Road in the Town of Lincoln in The Regional Municipality of Niagara.

(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 194 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

City of Toronto — City of Hamilton

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 427 in the City of Toronto and a point situate 300 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Millen Road in the City of Hamilton.

Regional Municipality of Niagara — Town of Lincoln — Town of Fort Erie

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way in The Regional Municipality of Niagara lying between a point situate 1910 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Jordan Road in the Town of Lincoln and a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of the structure over the roadway known as Concession Road in the Town of Fort Erie.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 16, 2019 and the day it is filed.
