Amending O. Reg. 310/14

(INFORMATION REQUIRED UNDER SECTION 4.1 OF THE ACT)

1. Subsection 3 (1) of Ontario Regulation 310/14 is amended by striking out “90” and substituting “180”.

2. (1) Subsection 4 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “30” and substituting “60”.

(2) Subsection 4 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “30” and substituting “60”.

3. Section 5 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “30” and substituting “60”.

4. Section 6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “30” and substituting “60”.

5. Section 7 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “30” and substituting “60”.

6. Section 8 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “30” and substituting “60”.

Commencement

7. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
