(SPEED LIMITS)
1. Part 3 of Schedule 237 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. Part 4 of Schedule 237 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Part 4
Simcoe — Town of Wasaga Beach — Town of Collingwood
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7148 (Beachwood Road) in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 250 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as 75th Street South in the Town of Wasaga Beach and a point situate 140 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Poplar Sideroad in the Town of Collingwood.
3. Paragraph 1 of Part 5 of Schedule 237 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Simcoe — Town of Wasaga Beach
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7148 (Beachwood Road) in the Town of Wasaga Beach in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate at its easterly limit and a point situate 250 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as 75th Street South.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
