Amending Reg. 926 of R.R.O. 1990

(EQUIPMENT AND USE OF FORCE)

1. (1) Subsection 14.5 (2) of Regulation 926 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) The report shall be in the form entitled “Use of Force Report”, dated 2019/10, that is available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository.

(2) Subsection 14.5 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a copy of a report” and substituting “information from a report”.

2. Form 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
