REVOKING VARIOUS REGULATIONS

Revocation

1. The following Regulations are revoked:

1. Ontario Regulation 59/09.

2. Ontario Regulation 60/09.

3. Ontario Regulation 214/19.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 75 of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
