Amending O. Reg. 278/05

(DESIGNATED SUBSTANCE - ASBESTOS ON CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AND IN BUILDINGS AND REPAIR OPERATIONS)

1. Paragraph 2 of subsection 22 (4) of Ontario Regulation 278/05 is amended by striking out “two years” and substituting “five years”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
