Amending O. Reg. 187/15

(ANNUAL QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN)

1. Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 187/15 is amended by striking out “the Council” and substituting “the Agency”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 7 (1) of Schedule 3 to The People’s Health Care Act, 2019 comes into force and the day it is filed.
