Amending Reg. 543 of R.R.O. 1990

(X-RAY SAFETY CODE)

1. Section 6 of Regulation 543 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by,

(a) striking out “who are employed or engaged by the Ontario Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation”; and

(b) striking out “the Ontario Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation” at the end and substituting “Ontario Health”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (2) of Schedule 3 to The People’s Health Care Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
