Amending O. Reg. 54/11

(PHYSICIANS' PERSONAL INFORMATION)

1. The definition of “provider registry” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 54/11 is amended by striking out “eHealth Ontario” and substituting “Ontario Health”.

2. Section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “eHealth Ontario” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Ontario Health”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
