Amending O. Reg. 170/03
(DRINKING WATER SYSTEMS)
1. Clause (g) of the definition of “health care facility” in subsection1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 170/03 is revoked.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (2) of Schedule 3 to The People’s Health Care Act, 2019 comes into force and the day it is filed.
