Amending O. Reg. 271/91

(GASOLINE VOLATILITY)

1. (1) Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 271/91 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) Despite subsection (1), for the 2020 calendar year, in this Regulation,

“late summer” means the 1st day of July to the 14th day of September, inclusive;

“Northern summer” means the 1st day of July to the 31st day of August, inclusive;

“summer” means the 1st day of July to the 14th day of September, inclusive;

(2) Subsection 1 (2) of the Regulation, as made by subsection (1), is revoked.

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on December 31, 2020.
