Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 5.2.1 (1.1) of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

10.  The Contributory Pension Plan for TUFA Employees of Trent University, registered under the Act as number 1048826.

11.  The Contributory Pension Plan for Employees of Trent University Represented by OPSEU Local 365 and Exempt Administrative Staff of Trent University, registered under the Act as number 0310409.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
