Amending O. Reg. 106/20

(ORDER MADE UNDER THE ACT - EXTENSIONS AND RENEWALS OF ORDERS)

1. The fifth paragraph of Ontario Regulation 106/20 is amended by adding “and the renewal of the Orders referred to in Schedule 2” at the end.

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Renewals

1. An Order referred to in Column 1 of the following Table, under which a temporary suspension period took effect on the date set out opposite in Column 2, is renewed under section 7.1 of the Act for the period of time set out opposite in Column 3 such that the last day of the temporary suspension period is the date set out opposite in Column 4, subject to any further renewal under that section.
