Amending O. Reg. 106/20

(ORDER MADE UNDER THE ACT - EXTENSIONS AND RENEWALS OF ORDERS)

1. Items 1 and 21 of the Table to section 1 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 106/20 are revoked.

2. Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

Shortening of previous extensions

2. (1) The extension of the Order filed as O. Reg. 51/20 (Order Under Subsection 7.0.2 (4) of the Act — Closure of Establishments) made by O. Reg. 257/20 is shortened such that the revocation date of the Order is June 12, 2020.

(2) The extension of the Order filed as O. Reg. 139/20 (Order Under Subsection 7.0.2 (4) of the Act — Child Care Fees) made by O. Reg. 257/20 is shortened such that the revocation date of the Order is June 12, 2020.
