Amending O. Reg. 407/19, which amends O. Reg. 153/04

(RECORDS OF SITE CONDITION - PART XV.1 OF THE ACT)

1. Subsections 28 (2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 407/19 are revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Sections 13 to 17, subsections 22 (8), (9), 25 (2), (12), (13) and (15) come into force on July 1, 2020.

(3) Subsections 1 (2), 5 (2), 20 (2), section 21, subsections 22 (10), 24 (9), 25 (17), 26 (2), (7), (10) and (13) come into force on January 1, 2021.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
