Amending O. Reg. 82/20

(ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.0.2 (4) OF THE ACT - STAGE 1 CLOSURES)

1. Section 0.1 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 82/20 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(11) The amendments made by Ontario Regulation 280/20 take effect at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2020.

2. Section 0.2 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Application

0.2 This Order applies within the following health units, as that term is defined in the Health Protection and Promotion Act:

1.  City of Toronto Health Unit.

2.  Peel Regional Health Unit.

3.  Windsor-Essex County Health Unit.
