Amending O. Reg. 212/17

(GENERAL)

1. Ontario Regulation 212/17 is amended by adding the following section:

Prescribed bodies, par. 3 vi of s. 9 (1) of the Act

7. The following bodies are prescribed for the purposes of subparagraph 3 vi of subsection 9 (1) of the Act:

1.  An administrator of a jointly sponsored pension plan that is sponsored by one or more persons or entities set out in subparagraphs 3 i to v of subsection 9 (1) of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
