Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 1.3.1 (3) of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

9. Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Employees’ Pension Plan, registered under the Act as number 0579839.

2. Subsection 47.7.1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

7. Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Employees’ Pension Plan, registered under the Act as number 0579839.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
