Amending O. Reg. 287/11
(FAMILY LAW MATTERS)
1. Subsection 38 (4) of Ontario Regulation 287/11 is amended by striking out “as determined from the Canadian Socio-Economic Information Management System (CANSIM) series V122515” and substituting “as determined using the rate reported for the last Wednesday of each month as determined from the Canadian Socio-Economic Information Management System (CANSIM) series V80691336”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
