Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Section 10 of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(13.1) The adjustment under subsection (13) that would otherwise take effect on July 1, 2020, shall instead take effect on January 1, 2021, but shall be calculated with reference to the calendar years that would otherwise apply.

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) If this Regulation is filed after June 30, 2020, it is deemed to have come into force on that day.
