Amending O. Reg. 82/20
(ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.0.2 (4) OF THE ACT - STAGE 1 CLOSURES)
1. Ontario Regulation 82/20 is amended by striking out “this Order applies within the health units listed in section 0.2 of Schedule 1” in the portion before Schedule 1 and substituting “this Order applies as described in section 0.2 of Schedule 1”.
2. Section 0.1 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(14) The amendments made by Ontario Regulation 350/20 take effect at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2020.
3. Section 0.2 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

0.2 This Order does not apply within any area of Ontario.
