Amending O. Reg. 321/12
(CLASSES OF MEMBERS AND REGISTRATION)
1. (1) Clause 8 (2.1) (a) of Ontario Regulation 321/12 is amended by striking out “120” and substituting “180” and by striking out “and” at the end.
(2) Clause 8 (2.1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “120” and substituting “180” and by adding “and” at the end.
(3) Subsection 8 (2.1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following clause:
(c) the term of a statement of membership that would expire on or after September 18, 2020 and before November 18, 2020 is extended by 60 days.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
