Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Part 3 of Schedule 120 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 141 in the Township of Seguin within the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 140 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Laughing Loon Lane and a point situate 1240 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 632.

(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 4 of Schedule 120 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 141 in the Township of Seguin within the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 355 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sandy Plains Road and a point situate 140 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Laughing Loon Lane.

(3) Paragraph 1 of Part 5 of Schedule 120 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 141 in the Township of Seguin within the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate at its intersection with the line between the Territorial District of Parry Sound and the District Municipality of Muskoka and a point situate 15 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as McCarthy Street.

(4) Part 5 of Schedule 120 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 141 in the Township of Seguin within the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 1240 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 632 and a point situate 740 metres measured westerly from the said intersection.

(5) Part 6 of Schedule 120 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 141 in the Township of Seguin within the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 740 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 632 and a point situate 15 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as McCarthy Street.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
