Amending O. Reg. 73/20

(ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.1 (2) OF THE ACT - LIMITATION PERIODS)

1. The title of Ontario Regulation 73/20 is amended by striking out “ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.1 (2) OF THE ACT -”.

2. The Regulation is amended by striking out the portion before section 1.

3. Section 2.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 193/20 (Order Under Subsection 7.0.2 (4) of the Act - Hospital Credentialing Processes) made under the Act” at the end and substituting “Ontario Regulation 193/20 (Hospital Credentialing Processes)”.

4. The Regulation is amended by striking out the portion after section 5.

5. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

End of temporary suspension

6. For greater certainty, any limitation period or period of time within which a step must be taken in a proceeding that is temporarily suspended under this Regulation resumes running on the date on which the temporary suspension ends and the temporary suspension period shall not be counted.
