Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

1. Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Schedule 80.1

Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response to COVID-19) Act, 2020

1.	Fail to comply with a continued section 7.0.2 order	clause 10 (1) (a)
2.	Obstruct any person exercising a power in accordance with a continued section 7.0.2 order	clause 10 (1) (a)

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 10 of the Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response to COVID-19) Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
