Amending O. Reg. 181/17
(DESIGNATION OF CONDOMINIUM AUTHORITY)
1. (1) Paragraph 2 of section 2 of Ontario Regulation 181/17 is revoked and the following substituted:
2. Sections 11.7 and 11.8 and subsections 18 (2) and 33 (3) of Ontario Regulation 48/01 (General) made under the Act, and all provisions of Ontario Regulation 48/01 listed in Column 1 of the Table to section 16.1 of that Regulation.
(2) Paragraph 2.1 of section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Subsection 42 (3)” and substituting “Subsections 40 (1) and 42 (3)”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2020 and the day this Regulation is filed.
