Amending O. Reg. 133/18

(COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF INFORMATION)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 133/18 is revoked and the following substituted:

Prescribed administrative entities

1. The following administrative entities are prescribed for the purposes of section 11.5 of the Act:

1.  The Electrical Safety Authority.

2.  The Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council.

3.  The Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority.

4.  The Technical Standards and Safety Authority.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
