Amending O. Reg. 263/20

(RULES FOR AREAS IN STAGE 2)

1. (1) Subparagraph 4 i of subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 2 to Ontario Regulation 263/20 is revoked and the following substituted:

i. record the name and contact information of at least one member of every party of patrons that enters an outdoor dining area in the establishment, other than patrons who temporarily enter the area to place, pick up or pay for a takeout order,

(2) Section 1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(3) In this section,

“party” means a group of one or more patrons.

(3) Subparagraph 5 i of section 24 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

i. record the name and contact information of at least one member of every party of patrons that participates in the tour,

(4) Section 24 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) In this section,

“party” means a group of one or more patrons.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of August 21, 2020 and the day it is filed.
