Amending O. Reg. 380/04

(STANDARDS)

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 380/04 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(7.1) Despite subsection (7), no annual practice exercise needs to be conducted in 2020.

2. Section 12 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(6.1) Despite subsection (6), no annual practice exercise needs to be conducted in 2020.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
