Amending O. Reg. 156/18
(GENERAL MATTERS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE MINISTER)
1. (1) Subsection 52.2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 156/18 is amended by adding “and subject to subsection (1.1)” after “foster or other home” in the portion before clause (a).
(2) Section 52.2 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(1.1) No deviation from the requirements referred to in subsection (1) is permitted after the day section 1 of Ontario Regulation 506/20 made under the Act comes into force.
2. Section 141.7 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “If a licensee is unable to obtain documentation” and substituting “If, on or before the day section 2 of Ontario Regulation 506/20 made under the Act comes into force, a licensee is unable to obtain documentation”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
