Amending Reg. 682 of R.R.O. 1990

(LABORATORIES)

1. Clause 9 (1) (a) of Regulation 682 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “or” at the end of subclause (v), by adding “or” at the end of subclause (vi) and by adding the following subclause:

(vii)  at the request of a person registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1991, in respect of a polymerase chain reaction test for COVID-19;

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
