Amending O. Reg. 365/17

(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES)

1. Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 365/17 is amended by adding the following items:

 

24.1	subsection 4.1 (3) of the General Regulation
24.2	subsection 4.1 (7) of the General Regulation
24.3	subsection 4.1 (8) of the General Regulation
24.4	subsection 4.1 (11) of the General Regulation
24.5	subsection 4.1 (13) of the General Regulation
24.6	subparagraph 2 i of subsection 4.1 (22) of the General Regulation
24.7	subparagraph 2 ii of subsection 4.1 (22) of the General Regulation

 

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
