Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. Item 9 of Schedule 3.1 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

 

9.	Fail to display prescribed safety mark – large means of containment	clause 3 (b)
9.0.1	Fail to display prescribed safety mark – small means of containment	clause 3 (b)
9.0.2	Fail to comply with prescribed safety standard – means of containment safety requirements	clause 3 (b)
9.0.3	Fail to comply with prescribed safety standard – fail to use required or permitted means of containment	clause 3 (b)

 

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of November 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
